This merger creates a strong market player with the capabilities to provide clients with a partnership offering comprehensive support for business platforms—ranging from IT infrastructure and 24/7/365 support, through the adoption of AI-powered solutions by users and process automation, to advanced analytics systems.
One aspect that sets the combined organizations apart in the market is their provision of Cloud Managed Services to the largest public cloud operators. This enables the implementation of multicloud projects as well as support for migration to any solution. Both entities collaborate with nearly 400 clients worldwide and indirectly support several million users.

Business Continuity Without Changing Brand Names
The integration strategy calls for preserving the strong market identities of both entities. Both companies will continue to operate under their existing, well-recognized names. The merger is primarily aimed at strengthening operational cooperation, optimizing management processes, and covering the full Cloud–Data–AI stack.
Cloud and Data Synergy
The transaction responds to the growing expectations of business customers seeking comprehensive “end-to-end” service. By combining the expertise of both companies, the entire offering now provides full coverage of five key business pillars:
- Access to the full portfolio of AWS and Microsoft solutions
- Architecture—designing the foundations for modern, highly scalable cloud environments, as well as advanced data flow architectures, modern data warehouses, and environments for artificial intelligence models.
- Technology and strategic consulting—advanced expert support for clients’ IT departments, as well as the development of roadmaps for innovation, the Modern Workplace, Business Intelligence implementations, and a full transformation toward a data-driven business.
- DevOps Services – implementation, optimization, and migration of resources tailored to the most demanding workloads, including the development of high-performance computing ecosystems for Big Data analytics and machine learning processes.
- Maintenance – 24/7 system administration, guaranteed maximum availability (SLA) and business continuity, extended to include operational maintenance of machine learning models and the reliability of data streams. Advanced business monitoring—tailored to the e-commerce industry.
Concurrently with the acquisition of TIDK, which complements the comprehensiveness of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, Hostersi has invested in data and AI capabilities within the AWS platform. This enables the development of analytics and AI solutions on any platform. Complementary services also include solutions dedicated to the e-commerce segment and security solutions.
The acquisition is not merely conceptual, as both companies have for over two years formed a consortium of leading Microsoft partners—the Cloud Federation—carrying out a number of projects for major Polish organizations. The merger is therefore a natural consequence of their existing operational collaboration.
The acquisition is yet another sign of ongoing consolidation in the domestic B2B IT sector, aligning with a trend in which specialists in specific technology areas are pooling their resources to provide clients with comprehensive end-to-end support.
For Hosters, the acquisition of TIDK is an important step in implementing its strategy to build a strong, specialized technology group. Customers increasingly expect a partner who will not only design and maintain infrastructure but also help them leverage data and artificial intelligence to tangibly improve business efficiency. Combining our expertise in Cloud, Data, and AI allows us to address these needs comprehensively—from strategy through implementation to the maintenance of business-critical solutions. From the management’s perspective, this is an investment in long-term competitive advantage—particularly in the areas of Cloud, Data, and AI.
Wojciech Kurka, CEO of Hostersi
For 18 years, we at TIDK have been developing expertise in advanced data platforms, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Although we hold the highest level of technology partnership in the Microsoft and Databricks ecosystems, we always take an agnostic approach to Data Science and AI projects—selecting the architecture that is optimal for the client’s scale and business objectives. We also place a strong emphasis on organizational maturity and data governance, as evidenced by our Advanced Specialization.
We collaborate with Poland’s largest enterprises, and for years we’ve been combining our engineering approach with the academic world by conducting research and teaching projects and training faculty at universities.
Joining forces with Hosters is a natural step. Our competencies complement each other perfectly—Hosters’ solid foundation in infrastructure, cloud, and maintenance, combined with our expertise in data, MLOps, and AI, creates a team that is unique in the market and capable of implementing and maintaining any end-to-end project.
Łukasz Grala, CEO of TIDK
I’m glad that the Cloud Federation concept we developed has ultimately led to the creation of an organization that supports business transformation in the areas of Productivity, Security, Data, and AI. We want to be a partner to our clients in the long-term adoption of available solutions, rather than a provider of select services or an outsourcer—which is why we will place a strong emphasis on knowledge transfer to our clients.
Piotr Podlawski, Head of Microsoft Cloud Services, Hostersi
